WOW!!!
What a difference. I can't say enough how great the
fireplace looks - it is clean, neat and the new ash
dump door is fantastic!!! You are right about not
wanting to use it!!! The larger opening will
certainly help it draw better too, I'm sure. I also
REALLY appreciate how you guys really cleaned up
after yourselves - couldn't even tell you were
here!!!!! Thanks again for an amazing job and
for fitting me in so quick!!! I will definitely call
again with any chimney issues and refer you guys to

I have been meaning to write you since the
repairs were done, but just haven't gotten around to
it. However, the latest storm reminded me to send
you a big Thank You, since, despite the incredible
amount of rain, we had no seepage around our
fireplace. I am so glad we were able to get the
repairs done before that blew through here. The guys
did great work and were both friendly and
professional, which I really appreciated. They
cleaned up so thoroughly, that, except for all the
new mortar and the cap, you'd never know they'd been
here. Please give me a call in the spring so we can

I have been sending you an e-mail for
weeks...I am finally getting around to it. I want to
thank you for the job you did in cleaning the
chimney, repairing the top-damper and sealing the
crown. The work was outstanding as usual and the
price could not have been better. Actually, it
was probably a good idea that you did come out...now
when I am asked as to when you did work for me, I
can say in 2003 and 2007. One of my normal comments
to people calling is that having been an auditor and
having negotiated contracts for the Federal
Government, I know how to evaluate and analyze
contractor proposals. Based on the work Steve did
for me, I no longer get other bids...I just tell him
to do the job and then ask him how much. This just
blows their minds. Please feel free to continue to

My wife
and I are really happy with the excellent work done
by Premier Masonry. Our chimneys are now perfectly
restored, our fireplace looks like new, and even
some cosmetic cracks in the plaster around our house
have been beautifully patched up (at no extra
charge). What's more, Premier even installed--at
cost--a new flue to vent the exhaust from the
heater, after they discovered that the previous
exhaust system was dangerously inadequate. Working
with Steve Boeggeman was a joy, too; he was
unfailingly pleasant and laid out all the details of
the work clearly and consistently. I would highly
recommend Premier Masonry to anyone needing chimney
or other masonry restoration work!
